I am a highly trained food scientist. I use my experience and knowledge in the areas of processing, product development, research and education to teach and guide food companies and their teams in creating sustainable, resilient, and customer-centric products.

With my work I seek that food companies implement the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) in each product they put on the market. I firmly believe that the mission of protecting the planet and promoting collective prosperity rests with the industry and not the consumer.
